“Poor maintenance staff things that are broken are not getting fixed. Suggest replacing all the locks on the doors. Got sent to three different rooms locks did not work on any of them. Breakfast was terrible don’t understand how you can screw up powered eggs but it happened. We will avoid all Holiday inn express in the future improvements need to be made.”

“There was one particular worker who was working when on the night of Friday, June 19th. I forgot his name, but he was a larger build white name. I wish I remembered his name because I hate to have had described him that way. Well, he was amazing and the sweetest.
