Resort con appartamenti a Stratford

“Checked in somewhat late and first think noticed the room was quite warm but just figured the A/C needed to be turned down. After doing that it never did blow out cold air and consequently the room never cooled down , couldn’t sleep much because the room was at least 80 . Told the front desk and the response was OK..Hamptons are usually pretty good but it all comes down to management and staff that cares . I would say this place need some attention in both departments”

“Short list of positives. 1. Conveniently located 2. Nice to have an ice machine Now for the negatives. 1. Didn't have the room I ordered. Had to pay an upgrade and still didn't get the right room. Wanted a room with a full size refrigerator. Got a mini fridge. 2. The TV did not work properly. The channel guide was incorrect and several regular channels did not work. 3. The bathtub wouldn't hold water. 4. The lighting was bad. 5. Overall bad experience. I even left a day early.”
