“I checked in at 7:30 which was considered after hours so the door was locked. I had to call to find someone to help me. The elderly lady came to the door after a while but struggled to get it unlocked. I told her I was checking in and she kept asking me what room I was in. Finally I saw 2 keys on the counter with my name and explained I believed those were for me. I had reserved 2 rooms. The 1st room had a broken flusher on the toilet. “Checkin was fast and easy. Room was nice; clean and quiet. My only issues was one room lamp did not work and the clock did not work. Shower and bathroom has Dove brand bodywash and shampoo. Nice touch. Great place, with easy access to the airport.”

“Property was clean and easy to navigate. 24-hour coffee, water not so great. Breakfast was very basic and always empty. Had to wait for staff to prepare more which took forever. Most people just got frustrated and left.”
