“Overall, I had a great experience. The staff was helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout my stay. The continental breakfast was decent as well. The only downside was the pool area, which was very small for the amount of guests staying there. It honestly felt more like a large hot tub converted into a pool. Everything was peaceful during the week, but once the weekend came and more younger guests and children arrived, the atmosphere became much louder. There were children running...

“One of the best and cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Also, I left my laptop in the entrance lobby during arrival, and they kept it safe despite me realizing it is missing the next day. It is a great stay and will definitely be back.”
