“Bed was hard as a rock. The owner was rude to my dad over a deposit then changed his mind about it after seeing us. Was repeatedly going to call about changing locks but never did during a holiday weekend and I barely slept the entire time there despite using sleeping pills and alcohol. Hotel was too close to the road making any vehicle going by another way to wake us up. Was a horrible stay and will not recommend.”

“The hotel was newly renovated and clean. The staff was super friendly.”

“First room had a mystery stain on the ceiling second had filthy towels and a stained bathroom sink. Highly do not recommend”

“Location + price are the big draws. Close to a bus stop, which I use daily. No housekeeping during my stay. (I have not had any on prior visits) Any needs, go to them.”

“Needed a last minute place to stay, and this was clean and quiet, with attentive staff, though poorly maintained (eg old furniture stored in the hallway, bathroom exhaust did not work). The room had a huge hot tub in the corner with a wall mirror. Fantastic location, easy drive to downtown Zion and Illinois Beach State Park.”

“The lobby and parking lot was sketchy. There was always someone sitting outside in a lawn chair and cars would come and go. I’m not sure what was going on, but if I had a choice, I would stay elsewhere.”

“The staff were so nice! The rooms and bathroom were so clean. The building is a little older but everything was in good shape. Free WiFi use and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The price was also fair. It was 90 dollars and a 50 dollar deposit fee but you get the 50 dollars back in your account after 5 days.”
