“I was awakened Friday night by very loud drilling and hammering on the wall above my bed. The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. “Third floor room that I was I was very noisy at night. From around 9:00pm on sounded like a helicopter was hovering outside my window. The bed was worn completely out and was very noisy. Needless to say there wasn’t much sleep. Probably will find a different hotel our next trip to Fenton.”

“Toilet ran if you didn’t giggle the handle. Two of us shared the room it had two beds but we only got one washclothe one towel had a hole in it and the shower temp fluctuated hot and cold.

“All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel.
La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco.
Per riassumere: la struttura offrirebbe molto, ma il personale non la valorizza adeguatamente nei...
