“I am absolutely amazed at this place!! Very clean, staff were ALL friendly and seemed happy, breakfast was fantastic, and their “kickback” which is free dinner. The BBQ pulled pork sliders were SO GOOD! Have not had food like that in a very long time. The only disappointing thing was the hot tub could have been hotter. And they were fully booked. There were herds of kids! lol. Some robotic conference in town brought all of them💁♀️. Right by the airport, shuttle service, good food, comfy beds!...

“Initially the room had a strange odor. King sized room was small. Really did appreciate the breakfast and supper options that were included. Elevators to go up and down were good.
Would be nice to have a wheelchair available for use.”

“The first 2 nights were loud, especially the 2nd. I kept quiet until 10 pm but that didn’t seem to help. Dogs barking in the lobby which was down the hall from my room. Loud kids and adults in the hallway. I asked the next morning if they could put a “Quiet” sign out and was told that quiet hours start when the pool closes. I said obviously people don’t know that.
I will never stay here again and will probably never stay at another best western again.
It would not have hurt the clerks...

“Spacious room with clean bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub could be hotter but understand it could be a liability. Breakfast was as stated. Would like to see more whole wheat bread/English muffins and fresh fruit. It was nice to have fresh coffee at 6 am available for our departure. Would stay here again.”

“I always have an amazing stay whenever in town to visit family. The rooms are always spacious, clean, and bed comfortable. The bar restaurant food is convenient and tasty. Would have given 5 stars but breakfast and parking (a little pricey, i paid $43 total for an 2-night stay) are not complimentary.”

“The room was very nice and up to date. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a little of everything however the pancake machine did not work. There were plenty of other options for breakfast. I would definitely stay there again. The price was excellent and the whole experience was comparable to the Hampton inn and suites that I stayed in the previous night, for almost twice the price.”
