“We had a pull out couch in our room that our 2 children were sleeping on and when we asked for pillows we were told they didn’t have any, but the next morning we saw a supply closet open with several pillows inside. We had 4 people on our reservation but only had 3 towels in our room. Most of the channels on the tv wouldn’t work. There were random paint spots on the ceiling. Peeling paint in the pool area and the room. The air conditioner in the room kept resetting itself and not cooling the...

“Price was very good. Hotel a little old. Could stand renovation. Not sure there is an elevator... We took the stairs. Breakfast was very basic with no eggs, oatmeal, etc. Staff friendly.”

“We were not advised that the property was currently undergoing renovations. Getting to your room or other areas of the hotel was extremely inconvenient. We had to catch the elevator to the third floor and then walk down the back stairs in order to reach our room located on the first floor. There was no parking in the area where our room was located because there was building materials and debris everywhere. ”

“The front desk worker was sleeping and we waited 30 mins to get any service. The bathroom had a stopper In front of the tub and it hurt when you stepped down. The house guess was rude. Breakfast was awful the meat was cold and hard, juice was very watered down. There was a worker sitting in the area and was talking loud and rude to my children.”

“The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Breakfast was quite limited. The facilities were older but we can't complain about the price. They were in the process of remodeling when we were there.”

“did not eat there however the chairs in the dining area and lobby are in horrid condition!!!! the red vinyl fabric is worn through and definately need to be replaced. the bed in our room was too tall. Need a step stool to get in - it looked like two box springs where stacked, plus the mattress on top. I'm 5'2" and ended up sleeping on the couch and my husband who is 5'8" ended up sleeping on the floor.”

“The pool room was the most disgusting pool& hot tub i have ever seen. The doors were covered in rust Pool- water was a murky Grey and debris floating around. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a long time. Hot Tub- same as the pool. I had to tell my children it was shut down because it was so gross. DO BETTER FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE PURCHASING ROOMS AND EXPECT TO RELAX IN A POOL AND NOT A SWAMP.”

“ Was looking for a one night stay last minute and decided to take a chance on this motel. It turned out to be a hidden gem. Clean accomodations, friendly staff, good location. Only item to note is bathroom in our unit was very cozy. Would definitely book again if in the area.”
