“Perfect place. We were traveling to and from Fl. The room was spotless. The staff were so friendly and welcomed you like you were family. I would give 10 stars if I could. Of all tje hotels we stayed in on our trip this one was by far the best.”

“The breakfast was a bit disappointing and the fitness center equipment wasn't fully functional. But the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was perfect for a quick stay while on a road trip.”

“Our room’s shower is wonderful and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast food is good and there is plenty of room to eat in the breakfast area. The only thing that was not excellent was the tv service for cable news. I spent most of our stay in my room doing computer work while my husband was at a conference and the large desk and comfortable seating were very helpful.”

“Hotel needs some upkeep and deep cleaning. They do not provide body lotion which was a surprise since we were not carrying one. Other than that hotel was good enough for short 1-2 night stay. Number of dining options in walking distance.”

“I have stayed here before without issue. This time they put me in a room that had continuous beeping. I complained but was denied a different room due to none available and NO ONE came to look for the cause. It was 4 miserable nights. It was prepaid so I had no choice but to stay.”

“Very helpful & friendly staff. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Tight quarters in room. Outside of property looked worn. Fitness center was closed for painting. Traveler in room next door blared television all night long.Not the fault of clerks.”

“Customer Service is bad, I asked for Help about our bathroom that is Not working well and she answer my question if I am checking out today, reagrdless if I am checking out that day their supposed to offer help. It was very inconvenient of our stay especially that I have my kids with me. No help arrived. I immediately move to a different hotel. Working as a healthcare professional that is travelling dont deserve this treatment. Very unsatisfied👎👎👎👎👎”

“The good: I enjoyed my room with the jetted bath. I was nice to soak in with all my aches and pains. Went for the fire expo. It was in a good location to get to and from the expo. The Bad: The shower wouldn’t go down so I pulled up the grate and it was all hair. i had to move it because I was already in the shower and all soaped up. The pool was always busy when I was at the hotel so I couldn’t use it (no big deal cause i didnt bring the kiddos). I didn’t like the fact that you had to turn...
