“The property was updated and clean. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and quiet, even the air conditioner/heater was quiet. The room was spacious, had a table with 2 chairs for dining and a large bedside chair. The bed was a bit too firm for me but my husband thought it was fine. I think it was on the expensive side but I do like that my 2 dogs were free so would definitely consider staying there again.”

“My husband and I had a great stay. The treehouse cabin is beautiful and cozy! Everything was very clean and well planned for a perfect retreat! Highly recommend!”

“Staff was nice and check in was easy. Good enough for a one night stay but seems like they’ve got a bit of a bug problem. Killed a few stink bugs that were in the room and there were ants walking around on the AC unit. My roomie for the stay also found stains on her bed spread so took it off and just used the sheets for the night we were there.”

“This is the perfect hotel for a stay in Staunton, especially if you are attending Shakespeare plays at the Blackfriars Playhouse next door. It was raining on Friday when we arrived and so was the perfect location to access the playhouse. We had a beautiful, clean room with a great view of the town. Also a bonus was that parking is free in the parking deck on the weekends. The parking deck shares an elevator with the hotel. So we don’t have to pay to park or find a parking spot on the street....
