“We've stayed there several times, We enjoy the quiet solitude of nature there. The hosts are congenial and the breakfast is always great. Plus everything is always clean.”

“Two travelers we received two towels. Asked for more. Out side needs to be redone, old garbage cans, painted tub and no elevator.”

“Staff was amazing the rooms had a sticky floor and bed was old.Pillows were old and the furniture was all torn.The breakfast had hard glazer donuts and the cereal was stuck to the container.Was extermly 😝. I wouldn't recommend.”

“Location for family reunion in Lake Mills was the only positive. Property was not well maintained. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hallways heavily scented. Room furniture in need of repair. Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout. Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc.”

“I wish I could remember the guy at the desks name, but he was AWESOME! We rolled in at like 11pm, and he honestly made a massive difference. The room was clearly old, but really clean and comfortable. The halls smelled a bit, but the room was great and the lobby was clean.”

“Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied.”

“The staff was rude and no help. The pool and hot tube was nasty. Couldnt even have breakfast because the waffle mix was really thin and runny and didnt turn out and staff didnt even try to fix it so had to spend more money to go out for breakfast. The rooms werent cleaned very good because we found stuff that wasnt even ours in the room. Didnt have any shampoo or conditioner in the room to start with. ”
