“Front desk/Danay or Danae is very accommodating. A good face of the company. Knows the needs of a client. We badly needed elevator for our 90 yr old mother. Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage. Anyway, she find a way for us to be upgraded. If not for her I regret that I chose spectrum. I highly recommend this beatiful resort. Worth...

“The shuttle service was the best feature! It was nice to be able to order it and get a wait time instead of other hotels where you have to walk to a bus stop and hope it comes shortly/ there’s room. The map doesn’t really show the pool sizes and there’s no real pictures online. I think people would book if there was more photos. Overall the place was clean and staff was friendly. Was our first time and we will def be back next year! ”

“Everything was perfect! I have no complaints! The condo was set up nicely, it was so clean and I had everything I needed to cook! The balcony was so pretty and it was screened it. I spent so much time out there and I loved it! The pool was so nice and beautiful! My daughter made some friends down there and they have a nice bar and some daily activities. The check in process was so easy and they bought me anything I asked for in a timely manner! I will definitely be back! I highly recommend. :)”

“nd quiet. Nobody bothering you the pool was amazing and heated the jacuzzi whew amazing lol. I will definitely book again when I visit. The view is also so nice in the backyard seeing the water. Option to even use the boat but I was scared of alligators lol so I stayed on shore. It’s an amazing quiet place. Even slept in a couple times due to the quietness and not knowing it was day time lol. Definitely an amazing birthday trip”

“Must have been a newer rental as the amenities were scarce - however when we questioned the owner he next day delivered the kitchen utensils we asked about so very responsive. The door code was also incorrect upon check in but owner quickly set a new code within 10 minutes remotely. Everything else was good.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good but could use a little variation but definitely good. Except one day had hard over cooked Omelettes. Bed were comfy. The pool and hot tub were nice and open 24hrs! Clean hotel and the staff was amazing to us. The cleaning lady on floor 4 was so sweet to us every day. And the front desk was very good to us even though we arrived extremely early. We weee able to leave our bags with the front desk our last day and enjoy the pool as our flight...
