“I was enchanted by this property. Having a pool, bar, restaurant was much less important than sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch with a blanket. The property was beautiful. I really enjoyed talking to the manager. He was very helpful and gave me information on the history of the property.
The room was comfortable and had everything I needed.
I will be staying here again when in Waynesville. An absolutely beautiful property.”

“This is an older motel on top of the hill. It is basic room with entrance to rooms directly from the parking lot. The room was clean and provided everything we needed. Location is close to town with restaurants, etc. and easy access to highway.”

“We arrived and checked in properly, that’s where the positives end for this property. Upon the property manager showing us our room she had a sticky note on the thermostat which stated “do not change “ in bold letters. The temperature in our 2nd floor room was 79, not hateful but it escalated to 83 by 6 pm. I then sent a message to the manager indicating our frustration and wanted immediate attention. She provided 2 options, a fan or installation of a window unit. She continually indicated...

“Our room smelled like smoke although it was a non smoking room.
The bathroom needs serious attention. Black mold in the shower. Bathtub was yellowed with missing grout around floor and areas of orange rusty icky lookin residue present. The side of the toilet had mold by the floor. The toilet runs continuously everytime you flush it. Handle had to be shook.
The shower curtain was not even the right size. Lol. Like come on.
Bedding was clean
Better remember what garage you parked in coz...
