“Rooms are old. Ceiling was badly cracked. ”

“I stay here for weekend work in Cleveland and it is perfect for me. There was no freezer in the fridge, I needed that, all rooms are different though. All my rooms have been very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the staff not pounding on my door for cleaning as I work nightshift and I sleep during the day. Friendly Staff! I also love that there are so many different choices for places to eat. Also there is a Walmart/Dollar General and Dollar tree nearby. Among others. Great Area!”

“Breakfast is always there and a good breakfast weather it's egg white omelettes whatever plus a meat. There's always waffles cereal yogurt coffee hot chocolate and juice. Rooms are super clean and functioning well. Beds are comfy staff is super nice and peice is affordable. Love going there”

“Everything about our stay was good. The property and our room was clean, the water was hot, the bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly, the sitting area was very homey and comfortable, and check-in and check-out was fast and easy. There are restaurants and shopping nearby. The only negative things I can say are that 1) the toilet bowls were round and not really comfortable as opposed to elongated ones, and 2) the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, which made the entire room hot and...

“The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and they kept the food supplied really well despite how crazy busy it was. There could be more seating available for breakfast but we made due by waiting. The staff were very friendly and had our baby’s portable crib in the room upon our arrival even though there was a lot of people there and checking in. The beds are very comfortable and the hand sanitizing wipe on the remote was a nice touch. We only stayed one night but this hotel made us want to stay...

“This was an absolutely unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. After being placed in three different rooms, I ultimately chose to leave and stay at another hotel across the street. Each room presented serious and consistent cleanliness failures that should never occur in any property. Room 1: The bed sheets had clearly not been changed. They appeared used, with visible hair and what appeared to be bodily fluid stains. Room 2: The bed again had...
