“The water pressure in the bathroom and toilets was very low. It took forever to flush especially for first-floor rooms. My coffee machine got a crack but was replaced very quickly after I told them. The restaurant booking was terrible, and we were also told not to take towels out of the resort to go on an excursion. Well, the food was not impressive and was practically the same every day at the non-reserved restaurant. The nature around the resort is what makes it special. Poor TV channel choice...

“Beautiful jungle hotel! Fernando is an excellent host along with attentive staff members. Food is excellent and location is easy to get to. The rooms are comfortable and detailed with perfect lighting. The living room and bedroom each has its own mini split AC. Bar on site as well. Very clean and safe! True gem to get away from it all.”

“Overall, we had a great time. It’s a beautiful property. The staff is sweet and tries very hard. It’s a very confusing layout though, was difficult to navigate. My only real complaint was the air conditioning did not work properly. Our room stayed much too hot ….”
