“Rooms seemed designed by someone who had never stayed in a hotel. The beds were so high I had to change rooms because I am slightly handicapped. I slept one night on a luggage rack. The room only had a tub in a 4 or 5 star hotel. Location was excellent. Staff were very obliging.”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
