“Kasa lady bird was a wonderful stay. The studio was clean and very cozy. Having a washer/dryer was great since I stayed for a few days. The place itself was safe and there’s a grocery story on the first floor which was super convenient for things I needed. Highly recommended!”

2/10 Terribile

"For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…"
