“We stayed a few nights in this hotel and had a subpar experience. We found things in the couch and the dishwasher was still loaded when we arrived which put us off to the cleanliness of the room. We had a neighboring room with a dog which provided an ample amount of barking during our stay. We also had an issue with the hot water where it would only work if we ran the sink and the shower at the same time. When we informed management of this they said that was normal for their rooms. “All around perfect ”

“Want stay here again. The elevator and hall ways were hot and smelly. Every where we went in the facility smelt like weed. The kitchenette was old and dated as well as the tub and showers. We paid for 2 nights but only stayed one night.”

“Rooms were dirty…we had to be moved after we seen our first room. The air didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work and room was filthy. We were then told the only available room was a queen suite with fold out couch. We went to look at it and it was dirty. The desk clerk then said he had one king suite he was saving to sell but gave it to us anyway. The bedding we had for the fold out couch had huge holes throughout the comforter. “Great location in downtown Austin. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Nice bed. Enjoyed the balcony. Walkable to many great dining and drinking options, as well as the walking paths along the river (and kayaking). Enjoyed the pool area. The cost was comparable to many nearby typical hotels but you get a large kitchen and living room with a balcony. In my opinion, it would be crazy to pick a typical downtown brand hotel over Kasa when visiting Austin. Would definitely stay here again.”
