“I booked an apartment a few days earlier which was not active, vrbo was fine to work with and issued a refund. This was intended to be a replacement for that fumbled rental. It was also a bad listing or scam. Never got ahold of the apartment manager and couldn’t check in. VRBO said they would give me information to handle a refund but have yet to do so. That’s 2 bad apartments in 2 attempts in 3 days. Vrbo needs to do a better job of managing their inventory and their refund process is so bad...

“8 Friends, booked the location for 4 day event. 2 full restrooms, laundry, great kitchen made the week stay very enjoyable. Lots to do in the area outside of the event we attended. Would stay again. Split between friends we found this to be an enjoyable and affordable place to stay. Thanks!”
