“RIU Cancun was a great place to stay. Very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was great and very accommodating especially when it came to my food allergies. The pools were nice and clean, bathrooms within the resort were very clean. The only thing I did not like was how you can hear everything going on outside your room at night and all the non alcoholic drinks were made with stevia or some sort of artificial sugar. Unfortunately I'm highly allergic to all those sugars and I don't drink alcohol...

The only thing which was concerning for us(very rare services to be used) was in Hotel Doctor services. Those were overpriced medicine as compared to the pharmacy just few steps from the resort. “We had a really good time. We liked that it was quiet but wish there was a few more shows and things to do before turning in for the night. They do have a couple 24 hour bars. The butlers were absolutely amazing but we had to wait quite a while at several restaurants for servers to come over to greet us and give us some water. They did try to “upgrade” our room to a bungalow and did not tell us. We had booked a private pool room and that is the room we wanted to stay in. They did fix the error....
