“The property is nice. Great location to get out and hit other local sites, restaurants, even catch the bus to the ferry for Isla. Food was good. Drinks had no alcohol no matter how much they poured. The pour was just for show. There is no way there was real alcohol in the bottles. We could have 10 drinks and not have a buzz. ”

“RIU Cancun was a great place to stay. Very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was great and very accommodating especially when it came to my food allergies. The pools were nice and clean, bathrooms within the resort were very clean. The only thing I did not like was how you can hear everything going on outside your room at night and all the non alcoholic drinks were made with stevia or some sort of artificial sugar. Unfortunately I'm highly allergic to all those sugars and I don't drink alcohol...

“The people that were staying there viewing time shares were very loud, obnoxious, and rude. They took over the pools and swim up bars. Very disruptive. They were staying free or at a reduced rate whereas people that paid to vacation there couldn't relax. The staff was amazing but I won't come back due all the people viewing time shares. ”

“The resort was beautiful, and the staff was very warm and welcoming!! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and conversation, which continued throughout our stay. Many remembered our names and would refer to us by name when we passed them on the grounds. Always asking how everything was going for us, and if there was anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. This personal touch really made us feel well cared for and not just another couple on the resort....

“The Hilton is close to everything in Playa del Carmen but they somehow keep the craziness and peddlers of 5th avenue away. The hotel itself is clean and luxurious. “SeaDust made of vacation so great. The best thing was the service by servers and all restaurant staffs. They were beyond our expectation. The only thing which was concerning for us(very rare services to be used) was in Hotel Doctor services. Those were overpriced medicine as compared to the pharmacy just few steps from the resort. “We had a really good time. We liked that it was quiet but wish there was a few more shows and things to do before turning in for the night. They do have a couple 24 hour bars. The butlers were absolutely amazing but we had to wait quite a while at several restaurants for servers to come over to greet us and give us some water. They did try to “upgrade” our room to a bungalow and did not tell us. We had booked a private pool room and that is the room we wanted to stay in. They did fix the error....

“Loved my stay at the Hilton!! The customer service is top tier everyone and i mean everyone was so nice and accommodating! The grounds are kept top tier everything is clean and well kept. There is a gate to ensure safety and anything you come or leave they check you back in. The on ground food was kind of pricey but there are dining options right across the street as well. The multiple pools and beach access was absolutely beautiful, would definitely stay again”
