“Everything was completely clean. The beds were comfortable enough. The pool was very fun and big. The breakfast was great and there was lots of sitting area which is usually a huge problem during breakfast. ”

“Hotel was right next to the mall. Very short drive or a small walk to the Nordstroms side of the mall. Not a straight shot across though, unless you like jumping 15 feet or more into traffic. Many restaurants all a short drive away. Medieval Times is roughly 4-5 miles away. Took us about 7 minutes to get there due to traffic. Room was nice, clean, but not as spacious as the pictures made it seem. The large desk takes up a good chunk of floor space. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was roomy...

“Everything was amazing from the room to the amenities of the hotel. Only complaining I can do was the luke warm temperature of the shower. I wasted 10 minutes trying to adjust the water pressure and temperature for a good shower then realized that was just how it was. ”

“Should get with the town of Elgin/Dundee to install sidewalks. I couldn’t walk anywhere. There aren’t any sidewalks.
Also, maintenance or someone should walk around the building(at least once a day to pick up obvious trash/sacks of garbage”

“Beds are a bit stiff or firm. Everyone was very polite. I recommend a trash can nearby the waffle maker for the cups to be thrown away in after pouring it onto the waffle maker. Had a great cookie when first checked in but then no more were ever put out even the next morning. Concerns over people smoking pot right outside the main entrance so the smell carried into the inside lobby area and while you walk thru the doors. I suggest moving the smoking area away from the door entrance. ”

“The room was lovely + and the streaming service option was great. While you could tell things were happening at the hotel, I never heard any noise at night in my room! Starbucks and the restaurant were great to have as options, too. ”

“Nice, quiet area that had lots of options for food as well as being an easy 20 min drive from the Rosemont train station which made being able to navigate Chicago via public transport easy, stress free, and convenient!”

"Hotel molto vicino all’aeroporto. Hanno un ampio parcheggio (a pagamento) ma offrono il servizio navetta da/per aeroporto. Camera grande e pulita. Unica nota negativa, mi hanno addebitato 10usd per una coperta macchiata… a parte questo un ottimo hotel. Da ritornare… non lo so "

"L’hotel è in posizione strategica per l’aeroporto, con navetta gratuita, inoltre c’è un centro commerciale con buoni ristoranti a 4 passi.
Ma la zona è rumorosa e comunque isolata dalla città.
La colazione è discreta e la connessione ad Internet buona per lavoro e streaming.
Nel complesso l’hotel è piuttosto datato, ci sono stato anche nel 2017 e seppur già allora non fosse proprio fresco, non hanno cambiato nulla, senz’altro le camere meriterebbero qualche intervento.
Comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo a mio avviso è buono."

"The hotel is very similar to other hotels around the airport, good for late flights or early departures. Buffet Breakfast is included and staff is kind. The very annoying point is that the hotel shuttle from airport to hotel must be booked online by using a link that you can know only if you call the hotel by phone . Frankly, as soon as the client book the room, this instruction should be given!!! We spent one hour waiting at the “Hotel Shuttle Area” where ALL the other hotels pick the clients up! before calling (please note: European mobile phones charge a lot for a call in the States!) So, do not choose this hotel for the transfer, bad service "
"The hotel is strategically located 8 km from the O’Hare airport that is to say 15 minutes away if driving. Motel style building. Free parking around the hotel. Very good for late flights or early departures. Nice staff. Tea/coffee station in the lobby all day. No breakfast before six a.m. even if included in the rate. No breakfast boxes! "
