“Parking was easy and secure. The property is one to two blocks from the main street; thus, it is quiet. The property managers are pleasant, friendly and professional. I had a small problem with the Air conditioning unit. It would come on, then cycle off after ten minutes. Had to restart the AC unit several times to cool the room. ”

“ we had a really nice stay. the room was clean and smelled good and the bed was comfy so we slept well. the staff were nice and helpful whenever we needed anything. the location was great. everything was close and it felt safe. overall it was an easy and chill stay with no problems. also the front desk was welcoming and quick with check-in. they explained everything clearly and were always helpful when we had questions. would def stay here again”

“Newly renovated with modern room was one of my most favorite places I’ve ever stayed in Tahoe. The bed was so comfortable and the TV was huge. The bathroom was amazingly spacious as well. There was a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge which was super convenient. There was a small table with 2 chairs that made it nice to sit at and have a meal. “Room was very well kept and cozy, while not many food accommodations there’s an amazing vending machine selling water and soda for only 1.25 and to be honest that’s better than anything food related. Only real ones be getting drinks. Front desk receptionist RJ was so helpful and just exactly who you would want to walk in on opening the door to check in for the first time. “Staff was so so nice! Really lovely front desk experience. We just needed an easy place for a night for a kids lesson at Heavenly and also dog friendly. This worked for that and I wasn’t expecting anything fabulous. I just needed basic, clean and convenient. It was a quick walk to Heavenly, parking was easy. It served its purpose and priced appropriately for what it provided. ”

“Our room was very nice and spacious and the bed was clean, although the floor was not: we found several crown caps left around from previous occupants. The weak point was the breakfast: available only until 9.00 (one day at 9.15 we were told it was too late) and really modest. Nevertheless, the price was still rather good for what we got (it was in June. Looking at other reviews I think it increases a lot in high season).”

“I was distracted while booking, and normally would not book this type of accommodation but it wasn't realized until I was present at the property. The mattress was a large piece of foam, similar to a sponge, and we did not experience comfort. The shower head was extremely low. My wife is 5'4" and was taller than the shower head.
