“Room, common areas, and amenities were clean and functional. Breakfast buffet was good quality. However, the shuttle did not go to Zephyr Cove despite the website saying it did. Also, there was no option to connect to streaming services on the TV. “Not sure how to articulate my review. In short I will not return. It was fine, with little annoyances, but that may just be me my personal taste. I booked a non smoking room, all rooms in CA are non smoking, but this room was saturated in cigarette smell. I went to the office and the person at the desk let me have a different room no question. So I do appreciate that effort. But omg how does a room smell that bad in cigarettes. My alternative room was better overall but simple things like a...

“Ottima sistemazione, camera e bagno puliti, parcheggio comodo, posizione ottima (a piedi si raggiungono ristoranti e supermercato). Molto gradito il caffè offerto al mattino (non c'è la macchina per il caffè in camera)”

“DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU WANT SECURITY!! We were LOCKED OUT, our door code was changed WITH NO PRIOR NOTICE/ WARNING. I checked my email, my expedia messages, and my phone messages and received NO NOTICE about them changing it. All of our belongings were in the room. First night our code worked fine, next day we were out driving all day and were super tired just to come back at midnight and find our code stopped working. I called their “24/7 support line” multiple times and NO ONE ANSWERED for...

“The kitchen was nice. If we opened the windows to the pool, the Gondola going over could look right in. It was a long walk to our room and there wasn't any help with luggage. The front desk staff was helpful. The place is dated.”
