“The airport transfer worked very well. What was disappointing was that we reserved a junior suite with one double room and one sofabed for three adults. When we arrived late in the evening the sofabed was not made up. We had to make it up ourselves and had to call to get an extra blanket. The sofabed was extremely uncomfortable with a low quality mattress. The bed wasn't very comfortable either.
The staff in the restaurant was very nice and helpful but the breakfast was absolutely not what we...

“We booked the hotel’s most expensive room, the Executive Suite, but were assigned room 313 on the lowest level, directly below the gym. The noise from people running on the treadmills and dropping weights rattled the room. On top of that, the air conditioner fan was very loud, making it nearly impossible to sleep.
When we raised these issues, the staff told us this was because we had booked through Expedia. For the premium we paid, we expected a quiet, comfortable room and better service,...

“Room was clean staff were all very accommodating and kind. The room was certainly not up to modern amenities and there were small details like some of the coffee was missing and the machine didn’t work well. I will spend a little more to choose a more modern hotel next time.”
