“L albergo é in una zona strategica fra little Italy e Gaslamp quarter e seaport park sicura adatta anche a passeggiate serali. Come tutti gli USA San Diego ha prezzi abbastanza cari. Albergo grande ma in ordine ha la piscina e la pulizia discreta. Colazione consiglio seaport village. ”

“Hotel in ottima posizione per la Gaslamp, in stile un po’ retro (specie l’ascensore, e i lavandini fuori dal bagno e a fianco al letto), la pulizia e il servito in camera sono comunque ottimi. Wi-Fi veloce e caffè in stanza compresi nel prezzo. Per contro: 1) bevande e snack in stanza carissimi, acqua compresa. Meglio non toccarli nemmeno. 2) La colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo. 3) nemmeno un tavolino in stanza per lavorare e 4) occhio che alla prenotazione bloccano 500 dollari di cauzione...

“Hotel in pieno centro, comodissimo. Stanze grandi e letti comodi ma hotel vecchio. Per avere un po' di acqua tiepida devi fare delle combinazinazioni con i rubinetti, assurdo e l acqua fredda è impossibile da ottenere. Zona piscina: tutte le sedute (sdraio inesistenti) sono come dei piccoli letti tutti consumati e sfondati. Mi aspettavo sicuramente di più.”

“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable. I was in room 709 Marina Tower”

“The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and professional, also giving information about the city and shops where I had to buy some facilities. Just a small issue to be improved: the ventilator in the toilet worked 24/7: it makes no sense and a huge waste of energy (just multiply it for all the rooms): please address this tip to the hotel as a suggestion. Opinion very good on the whole. Thanks, Francesco Bonini”

“Das Hotel liegt fussläufig zur Bayside. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 24.Stockwerk mit eingeschränktem Blick zur Bay. Das Frühstück war in Zimmerpreis inbegriffen und gut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, aber etwas abgenutzt. Die Betten dafür sehr bequem. ”

“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“Yes, we had the ocean view. So beautiful and calming. The room so clean and beautiful. It was more than I expected. Will definitely come again. The staff outstanding. From the front desk to the housekeeping. The groundspeople worked hard and kepted this hotel up to par. I loved the plants and all. So my stay was so peaceful, relaxing. I highly recommend and my rating is above and beyond. Thank you for everything.”

“We appreciate the check-in procedure with one of your great staff named Aronze. She made the check-in procedure convenient. We did not avail ourselves of having our rooms cleaned for the three days we stayed. However, we did ask for additional towels and paper cups which a maintenance person cleaning other rooms graciously gave us. Regarding the safe box in the room - it doesnt work (it kept indicating/flashing CLOSED). I know I could have asked for it to be fixed but we are busy/on a...
