“I'll start by saying that I don't like to write negative reviews judging other people's work, but when it's necessary, it's my duty! Let's start with the positives: check-in was quick and the people who welcomed us were kind. “All’arrivo la struttura è molto bella, maestosa, ci si aspetta lo stesso dalle camere,in realtà non è proprio così, le stanze andrebbero sistemate un pochino meglio nei particolari(poteva valigie rotto, cestino rotto, rubinetto nella vasca rotto). La colazione molto buona e varia, la piscina altrettanto ma ho trovato estremamente assurdo per una catena di questo calibro rientrare in camera e trovare il bagno ancora sporco con capelli a terra, asciugamani parzialmente cambiati, bicchieri sporchi...

“Stayer beware! I wish I had read a review with honest feedback about this property before we booked a week and were stuck staying here.
We’ve stayed at a few Hyatt Regency’s before and we’ve always been comfortable and happy with our stay. Maybe this place was once great, but now it is run down, dirty, and dilapidated. “The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all.
The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“When I checked in, I paid $1,204.80, including the $200 deposit. Nobody told me that using room charge would increase the authorization on my credit card.
The next day, I got an alert that my card was charged $333.86 while I was out all day. I was worried because I hadn't used any hotel services. The front desk couldn't clearly explain the charge. At first, they even said it might be for the pool, but we never used the pool.
