“Just here for one night. Room was huge at 1,100 sf. Very comfortable. Snow was bad and it was a Monday so the property was quiet, people were friendly, shops were great. Ice rink was active. Our room was clean and in good shape considering properties where there is a lot of outdoor activities including skiing, tend to get worn a little more than a regular hotel. You could see that this was a ski resort that was well maintained. ”

We always like that when we walk in. Responsive communication system. Door code didn’t work at first, but was fixed in less than 5 minutes. ”

A few things that the management may think to improve: the washer and dryer, especially the dryer is not clean and some dust even coins left inside the dryer. Customer service phone number is not reachable the day after Xmas so there is nobody to answer our questions.”

February 1st, and snow is sparse in Tahoe. We parked at the Brockway Summit Parking, but crossed the road and headed up the mountain on Spur Trail. It was warm and quiet. About a 2 mile hike up to the vista point, and the view was not disappointing! Gorgeous lake and the company of good friends.
