“This property was beautiful! There were plenty of restaurant options as well as many way to book Excursions right at the hotel. One thing that I thought could be improved is the type of entertainment at night. It was pretty repetitive. ”

“The customer service is excellent. The staff goes above and beyond to make a memorable vacation. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. The only thing I can see improving is the French restaurant. We tried a few dining options there and none live up to the hype. However, there are so many dining options that you will surely find something good at any of the other restaurants. We will definitely be going back to this hotel and recommend it to our friends.”

“So many options for dining, they do not require dinner reservations. Relaxed on attire, property is well maintained and not too big, everything is well located. They have premium liquor choices for all guests. Room keeping, mini bar restocking, and turn down service every day. We had an EXCELLENT time and will be going back. 😁”

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio . Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

“Es un excelente hotel, recomendado si quieres tranquilidad y descanso; ya que es pequeño y no tiene muchas actividades. La habitación inicial que me habían dado tenía ruido, mal olor y pésima vista hacía una nueva construcción; pero muy amablemente me cambiaron a una vista jardín que era la contratada. Por lo demás la comida es rica, los tragos de buena calidad, el servicio es bueno y las instalaciones son hermosas.”

“Beautiful and peaceful resort. Staff was awesome and food was amazing. ”

“I traveled with my two daughters and we spent 5 days at Moon Palace. It was awesome! Our rooms were gorgeous. The Spa was fabulous! I got a massage, facial, and pedi. The facilities and entire experience at the Spa were amazing. Soo much to do and the food was delicious!! The only thing I didn’t care for was the switch up with the “presentation.” They don’t do time shares but they do lure you into a presentation and your kids have to be there too, for hours. They want you to sign up and they...
