Lodge a Akron nord-occidentale

“The room was clean; the breakfast was fresh!”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Always a great place to stay when you’re in Akron right up the street from the mall and downtown easy access to go up to Cleveland. Nice great in between spot to see everything around northeast Ohio.”
