“The whole hotel and room had a very run down feel. We stayed there previously and didn’t remember it being that bad before.”

“The room was dirty bedsheets filthy when asked for sheets to be replaced was told ok but no one never came had to go back up there again only to receive a attitude from front desk staff and be told to wait till tommrow so first night I had dirty sheets accidentally locked my self out of my room and front desk lady argued with me infront of other customers for 30 minutes and I had to basically watch YouTube to figure out a way to open the door the bar was closed the pool was closed it was a awful...
