“Clean comfortable room. Comfortable bed.”

“Like the beds and linens. Towels pretty thin. Only 3 big towels. Needed another but too tired to ask. Eggs were cold at 8 am when was to be available until 9. No one at desk at 11 am which is checkout time. Even waited 10 minutes.”

“We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, let us leisurely leave the pool a little past closing hours either out being pushy. Very happy! The hot tub was hot which was a major plus for us.”

“Well, first of all, when I went into my room, the toilet seat was broke. Secondly, the only ice machine that worked was on the first floor and I was on the third floor. And third, the elevator had no light in it. So when door shut, it was totally dark”

“It was quite and my room was clean very spacious room I had a sleepover for my granddaughter and 6 other girls and it was enough room for everybody then some I will definitely book again when I come to Ohio”

“We had a great stay. The layout worked wonderful for what we needed. Rooms were large and it worked great for our sleeping needs. It was a quick 30 minute drive down to Canton for the Stagg Bowl. The hot tub was a special treat on a cold January day!!The only drawbacks were: The location - this could of been our GPS - but it didn't seem like there was a good direct way to come and go from the home. “The hotel was fine. Older but still clean and kept up. We were not pleased that we could not check in early. The rooms were reported to be cleaned and available however because we arrived before the 4 pm checked our only option was to pay an additional $50. We did not do this. The AC also did not function consistently either night we were there. The temperature did not remain constant and when the unit was running it was very loud and rattled inconsistently.
