“La camera era adiacente al ristorante dell’hotel ed ai servizi igienici esterni, non proprio ideale. Le dimensioni ridotte e la pulizia non eccellente, soprattutto la moquette che presentava macchie un po’ inquietanti, sono tutti fattori che non mi fanno giudicare positivamente la struttura. Rapporto qualità prezzo non idoneo. Unica nota piacevole, la struttura in sé, una residenza con una storia da raccontare. ”

“The area is beautiful, secure, and quiet. Everything is nicely kept with the basic amenities that meet the same needs as most hotels. It is easily located between Medford and a very short back road to Ashland. I would stay here over any hotel for the price, security and ambiance. Very lovely!”

“Thuan was such a great host - he made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. He was great at communication and replying to all of our needs. The house was huge and very comfortable as well. “It's a quirky corner house. The metro was only 7 blocks away by there was a city bicycle station on the corner. There is also a very nice walking park at the end of R street. The kitchen is small for the number of available guests. The dishwasher had to be run after every meal so we had enough silverware and glasses for the next meal. There weren't enough knives to use per meal without sharing.”

“Mr. Tood was great!!! Very responsive and kind. The cabin has great views and the deers are friendly..lol but we did not feed them. There was a couple issues with the appliances like the refrigerator and the kitchen sink hot water. Other issues hallway bathroom didn't seem to get warm. Lastly the downstairs game room area could use a half bathroom-just a toilet and sink. The host did address the refrigerator issue but couldn't get anyone to come look at it due to the holidays.”

"Stanze un po vecchiotte ma era tutto super funzionale,ed erano pulitissime! Veniva cambiata la biancheria e pulita la stanza tutti i giorni,signore delle pulizie simpaticissime e disponibili. Posizione hotel fantastica,a 500 metri da times square,fermata metro a 5 minuti. Personale alla reception disponibile e preparato h24. Stanze calde. Eravamo un gruppo di 7 persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Nulla da dire,semmai torneró a new york alloggerò di nuovo qui. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca la colazione era un tantino povera,avrebbero potuto aggiungere qualcos'altro da mangiare. "
