“The floor of our room was sticky. Very pet friendly. Breakfast buffet was not stocked well, specifically they were out of coffee the first day and out of hot water the next. To be fair, once I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, they alerted the breakfast crew and they remedied the problem. ”

“For anyone traveling through Jackson/Martell, you may not find a nicer innkeeper than Steve. If you need anything, he will provide and with a smile The renovation is very good from previous owner and will be even better with small improvements. I was very happy with the continental breakfast, the neighborhood, right in the middle of my traveling plans, and close to nearby restaurants. Be sure to try Teresa's Italian in Martell. “IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. ”
