“Ray at the front desk was great - very pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast choices were great. The lady putting the food out was helpful in answering my question. The rooms had hardwood floors so I could hear the activity/movements in the room above us. We were there for the weekend and I was disappointed that my dirty towels had not been picked up and new ones had not be issued, nor were the trashcans emptied. Ray did give me clean towels upon request though.”

“The Hotel was under renovation, but it didn’t interfere with our very wonderful, peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff maintained cleanliness and safety. The breakfast that came with our stay was FANTASTIC! If I could give all the staff at the Hampton Inn on Clemson Rd in Columbia, SC a 20 out of 5, I would! Thank you❤️ Carol and Tom Cruz Michigan”

“Las habitaciones muy limpias, aunque en la habitación de mi hermano, en el baño, la bañera no tenía cortina. Por otro lado, desde el primer día la llave de la habitación no abría. Al parecer era un problema con la batería de la cerradura de la puerta pero nunca la cambiaron, cada vez que teníamos que entrar a la habitación había que esperar por alguien que nos abriera. El desayuno estaba excelente todos los días.”

“The sign wasn't lit up when we came in. We checked in quickly and got to our room. No closet to hang our clothes so I had to hang my dresses over the ironing board. Bathroom was small with a pocket door so whole room could hear your business. The gym was closed, the pool was closed so no amenities. The air conditioner worked so praise God there or I would have melted. Our comforter had dirt and who knows what else on it and there was hair in the shower. It was a spot for us to lay our head...

“Over all cleanliness and updated room was nice. However the hotel was almost full and very busy. A lot of outside noise. Motorcycles raving till 2 am. Loud guests in the halls all night. But this was a quick rest before continuing our travels.”

After not being relocated due to horrible "Expedia" Customer Service, i was left stranded for "2 days" and had to book this place at least for 1 night to sleep with my underage brother.
