“This place was clean & had some standards However the place is falling apart in away such as broken tiles, malfunctioning water fountains, & paint chipping”

“Had to wait 5 minutes for front desk to arrive from Waterpark for check in. Wall was leaking , blinds wouldn't go up or down with auto switch that was exposed on wall. AC did not work. I give a 1 star because after about 30 minutes at 430AM did the front desk switch us rooms so we could finally get some sleep. Since all booking is 3rd party, there was absolutely nothing to do about our room outside of switching us for 4 hours. The breakfast looked horrible as well so we didn't even eat that...

“Great staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Probably one of the better hotel breakfast I've had. Wish we could have used the pool but we were only there for a short evening stay. Only issue was that the beds were very hard. I know this is personal preference, but it made it difficult to sleep. On the opposite side, could use some firmer pillows.”

“I stayed here over 20 years ago when it was a Hampton Inn, and the building is looking a little dated. Room was good sized. Lobby was still nice. However, the only breakfast foods were make-your-own waffles, and stale bread products. No fruit or hot foods like eggs, sausage, or potatoes that we were expecting. Swimming pool had been drained and the treadmill was out of order. Glad I wasn’t counting on using those.”

We ended up needing to add two nights, then another two and then one more. Each time they were so accommodating. We also ate at the restaurant one night. All our meals were excellent. “Our room reeked of smoke and had the window open and a machine with a water bucket trying to pull the smoke smell out. Gloria was so friendly and tried to help us. But, the room she moved us to did not have a pullout couch like she said. I went back again and explained it did not have the couch so we did not have enough beds. She then told me we could have the connecting room. When I opened it, it had no sheets on the bed and reeked of marijuana. We decided to just stay in the room that didn’t...

“Hotel advertised as a hotel with continental breakfast. Only has coffee and juice Room was clean but need major updates on property. Our room by windows floor was cracking and dent on floor. Other was good for sleeping hotel”

“Great budget friendly spot for a quick overnight stay. Staff were friendly and helpful during check in. Biggest disappointment was the pool being closed. Kids were excited for it and we ended up doing nothing but watching tv. Overall great stay for the price.”
