“The place is small, but cozy. There is parking in the driveway an on the street. The house seemed to be in safe neighborhood. The house is pretty old, but well maintained. The two bedrooms were adequate and the beds were comfortable. No check out instructions were provided, but the host responded when I asked about them on the day of check out. “We loved our stay in San Clemente. Peter and Cathy were very communicative from beginning to end of our trip. The house was perfect and very well stocked with anything we would need. We have rented homes a few times and this was by far the most welcoming and location was perfect. Being able to listen to the waves at night and see the sunset from the living room was lovely. Our family loved every minute and we would definitely stay there again!”
