“Great stay, very easy access to beach. Chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards in the garage made beach days great! There could be difficulty getting in garage when a large vehicle is parked in B, due to no room in the alley to swing out wide enough to be able to pull in straight. A really large vehicle may not fit. ”

“Location was great. This unit is on third floor so boardwalk traffic and noise is muted. Parking is easy and secure. Lots of room and fully stocked kitchen. Primary bathroom is very small and shower door in that bathroom is very hard to move on track. The second bathroom has an updated shower. Michael is a very responsive host!”

“Easy to get in and communication was great. Only thing was the contact phone number on the info sheet in the unit was not in service. Needs to be updated to match the text communication number. That's why 4 starts instead of 5 for communication - but other than that all 5 stars!”

“My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. We walked to the fun zone and to dinner each night so didn't cook at all but enjoyed...
