“We liked the rooms, themselves. They were clean, and comfortable. We liked the staff that we interacted with; they were all very nice and super helpful if we needed anything.”

“When I arrived I had to wait about 15 minutes before a staff member came to the desk. Once we finally found the room it wasnt cleaned as it should have been. My feet were black on the bottom from walking around the room. There were no coffee cups. The shower did not work and there was a used bar of soap on the tub. It was not easy to find a parking spot as they were very busy. The staff was friendly. The water park was filthy and appeared as if it wasn't maintained. The pool hours at most other...

“Hotel was nice. Friendly staff. Breakfast and coffee excellent. However the pool looked like it hadn’t been taken care of in quite awhile. My 11 year grandson said “no way I’m swimming in that pool”. Very disappointing. There was a layer of film on it and you couldn’t even see to the bottom. I fear it could become a health hazard. NOT GOOD!”

“Quiet, clean, smoke free. Checked in 8:30. Hoped to find some food on premises. Thought there would be since it was a casino. However, the deli closed early and did not inform the hotel front desk. Easy check in.”
