Then shuttle didn’t have a/c. Garbage cans outside were spilling over, front entrance not appealing. Girl in morning not very friendly.”

“I had one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever encountered at Quality Inn. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor, the pillows were torn and visibly unclean, and the door lock was broken, creating both hygiene and safety concerns. When I reported these issues, the staff offered me a different room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. It had a strong chlorine-like smell and showed similar cleanliness problems. At that point, I did not feel comfortable...

“I booked the stay seeing breakfast was included, until the morning we were noticed that breakfast was not included. I don't know which side was wrong, but disappointed about this part, the day was raining so heavily and the whole family has to rush to find a place to eat because kids so starve”

“Got there at 1030 after a late flight. Upon arriving the front desk clerk argued with me for 30 minutes that I had already checked in. Come to find out he had checked in the wrong family and gave my room to them. And then said they were “sold out”. I asked numerous times if he checked that persons ID and he said he was pretty sure he did and that it was my name. Fortunately it was someone we know so we were able to finally get it switched out. “Clean room, great staff”

“The exterior looks clean but when we walked into the room there was a bad smell. I am not sure if other rooms smelled like this but I even woke up from sleep and was hit with the bad smell.”

“The room was okay. It was clean. Staff could have been a little friendlier. This is an airport hotel so it is noisy with people coming and going at all hours. An okay free breakfast.”

“Rm 122 smelled of dog and pee. Bed was old and springs were felt while lying down. The desk clerk did change our room to 229. Rooms need updating and new mattresses needed. To me everything needs attention. No pool use. Building on the outside not well maintained. Parking lot has holes and drains have sunk in making leaving parking lot an obstacle course. We will not stay again. Compared to the Quality Inn in Whitehouse Tennessee, Ohio is a dump.”
