“The room was not clean, there were paw print stains on the bed as well as a lot of mysterious crumbs, asked them to change the sheets and they insisted the bed was not dirty, just stained (despite the crumbs) and then changed the top blanket for us. on top of that there were several bugs I found around the room and a very strong odor in the room. Felt incredibly unsafe with the people around as well.”

After being placed in three different rooms, I ultimately chose to leave and stay at another hotel across the street. “Rooms weren’t very clean. Staff was helpful with bringing extra towels and blankets up to our room. Shuttle was very nice and friendly driver. You have to pay a daily rate to leave your car parked during your trip which I think should have been advertised. I thought it was free parking. Breakfast was good. ”
