BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
• DATES: November 30 – December 7, 2024, Available ONLY
• REFUNDS: Full Refund 14 days before check-in. 50% Refund 7-14 days before check-in, otherwise, no refund.
• MINIMUM AGE: Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age.
• CHECK-IN: ID and credit card imprinted at check in for incidentals. No cash accepted.
• CHECK-OUT: Daily Service Charge $13.00; Daily Sanitation Fee $5.00 (optional at time of Check-in)
• DAMAGES: Any damages to the room or resort are solely your responsibility as the renter.
