“Be prepare to walk the whole resort, they just have one shutter and its a lot of people, The only good thing about this hotel was the water park and the staff, other than that everything is terrible, all the good reviews you will see in the site are the servers asking for reviews so their bosses can give them perks, minimal activities for kids and almost everything you’ll have to pay it in order for a better experiences with characters, no free games, archades, interactions etc, do not loose...

“Cleaning crew was not cleaning at all, just making the bed and it took me 2 days and 2 trips to the front desk to get deliver (abruptly) towels in my room. Also, apparently we got charged somebody’s else meal on our account and we had to leave before it got resolved therefore I will not receive the refund. The room charging system is easy to manipulate for dishonest people.”

“The staff and everybody was amazing. Only issue was we paid for horseback riding and they changed the time to later in the day and we could not do it so we wanted to cancel it and get a refund which they said they could do. And I have yet to receive my refund yet. If anybody can help out please reach out.”

“La stanza era bella e con bellissima vista. Il problema è che il bagno non ha areazione né naturale ne artificiale , quindi dopo un po’ si sentiva odore di umido. La spiaggia è bella ma ha il problema dell’ombra dei palazzi che adombrano grosse porzioni di spiaggia per lungo tempo. Noi siamo andati, facendo una lunga passeggiata, in fondo sulla destra dove l’acqua è paradisiaca e molto meglio che fronte hotel. Lì si fanno bagni stupendi, senza onde e con acqua veramente cristallina (andare tutto...
