“We were satisfied with the price, location, and studio space. It fit our budget & we made the accommodations work for us. PROS: The neighborhood was FABULOUS. Great location- short drive to downtown restaurants/ bars/ bakeries/ attractions. Close to the FWY. The shower (water pressure/ temp) was perfect. Ample lighting. Having a washer/ dryer, hot plate, conventional oven, fridge, A/C & bathroom fan made the difference for us. CONS: No curtains- we hung up towels so we could sleep/ shower/...
