“We enjoyed our time at Fidelity Hotel. It was relaxing and thoughtfully designed and decorated without being fussy. It felt lux but comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to dinner at a variety of great spots. We selected Cordelia and it was delightful. We also enjoyed brunch at the in-house restuarant. “Was here for business and the Lady at the front desk was so nice - gave me a few on the go items from the breakfast choices as she knew I had to check out very early before breakfast was offered. Great hotel, lots of places to eat nearby and close to the freeway.”

“I have stayed at The Intercontinental several times, durimg my visits to the Cleveland Clinic. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Linens are very soft. The staff, all the way from desk assistance to restaurant staff were always so helpful. Much needed when navigating the clinic. ”
