“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“This was our 3rd stay at this hotel, and it did not disappoint! Our room was very clean and modern with vaulted ceilings. The ocean view was well worth it! Love the access to the beach and walking path, although be aware the beach at this property is NOT swimmable. But it’s a great spot to watch the sunrise and see an occasional seal. Location is a short drive from shops and restaurants in Kapa’a town, and walking distance to Coconut Marketplace which has casual dining options. This is a...
