“Siamo stati in questo hotel per 6 notti. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. Tutti sono stati molto gentili e sempre pronti per aiutare e consigliare. La qualità prezzo non è ottimale; con quello che si spende ci aspettavamo una struttura in perfetto stato, invece ci sono per esempio mobili e ringhiere usurate che sarebbero da sistemare. Ristorante/bar a bordo piscina buono (buon rapporto qualità prezzo); ristorante per la cena buono ma caro. ”

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“We enjoyed our jungle, Mountain View,surf paradise house ! We could walk to hanalei bay in three minutes or to the quaint hanalei town. Our family made great memories and enjoyed the openness of the place. The kitchen was very well stocked . It’s in a neighborhood so you hear the roosters and dogs which made it feel like home. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 11 - plenty of room for everyone and the all the “extras” (beach chairs & umbrellas, bikes, SUPs, well equipped kitchen, etc) made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
