Resort con appartamenti a Costa Sud

“I liked the rock and roll theme of the hotel, large photographs of music stars on each floor of the hotel were cool. Our room was rundown, dusty, and in need of an upgrade. The bathroom was old looking, the sink was cracked, the tub was chipped and clearly touched up with spray paint, good water pressure though. I prepaid for everything through Expedia but was hit with $210 for a resort fee and had to pay for parking. I didn’t see anything remotely making this a resort and in the three days were...

“Did not like the property at all. Our room smelled like someone poor a gallon of bleach on it and left it like that. When we told them that the bleach fumes were giving us a headache, they told us to open the window.”

“I don’t usually leave review but this was the worst stay I’ve ever experience. The check in instruction is horrible. It doesn’t say where we should check in and the front desk doesn’t pick up the phone when I called. It just give me the time and hour of operation and phone number. “There are only 2 things I found good about the resort, location and staff . Booked a 2 bedroom condo for 2 nights and left early . One of the patio doors was broken and would not lock, maintenance staff handled it very quickly . Linens were clean , but the rooms themselves were absolutely filthy . “If there were better directions about how to use the TV & DVD player maintenance wouldn’t have had to come up to our room twice. Should’ve had ice in ice trays & fridge was too cold & ruined our grapes. $30 a day parking was excessive. Pulling up to entrance, being in a line & not sure if we’re supposed to wait there, meanwhile cars would pull up next to our line & disembark was confusing.
