“Staff”

“The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, but the couch cushion had stains on it. The sink in the kitchenette also drained slowly. We were thankful for the supplies in the room - dish soap, paper towels, etc. The property seemed newer and was nicely appointed. The grounds had some trash on it. The pool was dirty and cold with no pool towels clean. It closed fairly early too which was upsetting (8pm). The breakfast buffet was okay, but the warm food didn't stay that way, and they ran out of...

“I loved the hotel”

“We booked and paid un advance for a room with 2 beds but they did not have any 2 bed rooms available upon check in”

“The water was lukewarm at best. The air struggled to work. The pool was no operable. The hotel was leaky and just seemed poorly maintained. Definitely won’t be back”

“Very terrible and staff”

“The property is older, in need of updating. The bed was very comfortable. The linen was soft, appeared good quality. The room and hallway musty and dark, understandable when there are no windows to open. Shower was hot, good water pressure. The potty was very low, looked to be for a toddler rather than adults. But that’s the way they used to be…. Another upgrade needed. When u are older with a bad back, it’s difficult. Not the 1st place that had one of those very low potty’s.”

“Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel! Staff was super nice and the room was great! Stayed in a room with king size bed and had a nice sitting area with love seat. Room fridge and AC was super cold and bathroom clean and shower water pressure appropriate. I am not one to give overall good ratings to hotel, but this is definitely the nicest one I have stayed at in a while. Stayed in a DC hotel that was $400 a night and this place wins in every area hands down!”

“This LaQuinta was a disappointment. There was no hair dryer in the room & no hot water. Breakfast was also disappointing. Coffee pot in the room was disgusting. At breakfast there was No staff visible. Dirty counters & tables. No fresh fruit. No yogurt—very limited breakfast.”

“The hotel was well staffed, has a very convenient location with lots of options for food nearby, and though I did not use the restaurant at the property I did pick up some treats from these convenient snacks in the lobby, which was great. All the staff that I saw greeted me and made me feel welcome. There were plenty of baggage buggies and everything was super easy to navigate. ”
