I was offered a handicapped room there or a 2 bedroom at another hotel . We were exhausted so we took current handicap room there . But was given a full refund . Which was very kind . Just was very confused. The next morning at breakfast 3 ladies near us told us they had booked there room 4 days...

“I was attending an event at the Allen County War Collesium and this property is within 4 minutes and easy to get to. The property itself is fine for an overnight. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors in my room. The air conditioner did not really work so I opened the window. Also, the room had a stale cigarette smell and the hallway reaked of Marijuana both nights I stayed. Staff was fine but it felt like I was bugging them both when I checked in and checked out.”

“The hotel was comfortable and a good choice. Only problem is when I called the person I spoke to was rude and hung up on me as I was asking a follow up question. Besides that, my experience was good. The breakfast was pretty good.”

“This is the best BW we’ve stayed at. Staff are very friendly. Hotel rooms are spotless. Breakfast area are is very clean & well looked after. Food offerings have a good selection to send you on your way.”

“The only positive about the place was that our room was renovated. The entire place was under construction and that was not disclosed when booking. There were construction materials everywhere blocking all amenities like the pool and gym. We were unable to partake in the continental breakfast as the had ran out of basically everything. Very very disappointing for the amount we paid”

“When we checked in, we were not told the breakfast bar was going to be down for the weekend and not accommodated for this at all. We did not have a room cleaned and had to call to ask for towels they have one of us to pick them up at the front desk no coffee refill for the amount of money that we paid.
