“We were unable to check in on time due to unfortunate circumstances and our room was given away. I understand there are rules, so i’m not upset our room was given away i’m upset at the lack of the hotel trying to reach out to warn us about what was about to happen. Now the hotel is actively ignoring expedias calls and emails as i’m trying to get a refund. This ruined an entire trip I was looking forward to for 8 months and they aren’t willing to reason at all.”

“This was a fabulous hotel. Very updated and the employees were outstanding. Our room was huge and the bed was so good I slept in 2 hours past my normal wake up. And Jameson was a great bartender. We ate most of our meals there because they were better than the other places we tried. I don’t know why it’s rated as a 3 star when it’s close to or is a 5 star.”
