“Left before breakfast ”

“This hotel was FILTHY! Bed bugs in room 415, cleaning staff reused sheets from previous guests as both beds had hair in them. The toilet was nasty and stained/rusted. There were fingerprints on the TV. The key card reader didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk twice and the night employee finally came up and opened it. When I reported reported the problems, the behavior and attitude of the housekeeping manager and the morning front desk staff was shameful. Refused to provide name and...

“The staff was friendly. Check in was was a pleasant experience after a long day of driving. The room was clean. The overall appearance of the room was ok. The decor was dark and my first impression was what are they hiding? The walls were rough from poor patching. “Free Breakfast” consisted of 3 types of cereal, and juice/ coffee. One look and I turned around and opted to leave.”

“Breakfast was just ok. No coffee or juice as they had signs up for a boil water advisory. The tv guude did not ever work just said no information. Told front desk but they seemed to lnow it did not work. Stay was just ok.”

“Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't bad (it did include hot eggs and biscuits and gravy), but was lacking compared to other similarly priced hotels we've stayed at on this road trip. The area was easy to get to, but did seem a little sketchy and was quite loud in the early morning. ”

“Horrible. Booked one night while driving to Florida. Booked a handicap accessible roll in shower. Get there after driving 14 hours room is on 3rd floor but by the way the elevator doesn’t work. Anyone see a problem here?”

“Didn’t feel safe as a single female. Lock on the door didn’t work. Mold on the pillows. ”

“Breakfast consisted of previously frozen mini muffins, toast and coffee. Partly worth a trip to the lobby. The property was in extremely poor condition. And on top of it, they charged us $50 for our two dogs, which was the same amount we paid for the room! Would definitely not recommend this property.”

“Cozy and very clean! It was a perfect place to stay for my son’s basic training graduation at Fort Jackson. It was around 20-25 minutes drive to base and easy to maneuver. The house itself is older, but well kept and very clean. It was comfortable for my older parents and my two year old granddaughter. The fenced back yard is a wonderful feature. The only thing I’d note is that the light that comes into the front bedroom at night is bright! A blind in the window would be a wonderful addition....
