“Clean rooms, the staff were very helpful. I had one complaint and it was about the television. However, the staff came in and fixed the problem. I will always choose La Quinta”

“Great historic place to stay. Right on the circle with many dining and entertainment options close by including beach on Lake Jackson. Love the Irish bar downstairs too!”

“Second time staying. Great staff rooms were great. 1 thing to improve put 2 chairs in the rooms so you do not have to sit on the bed.”

“This was our second stay at this property and once again we enjoyed our time. The 2-room suite was beautiful and comfortable, the scene of the lake relaxing. The included breakfast selections were great and the food was tasty. They told us that they're currently doing renovations (5/20/26), but honestly we could not see any signs as they kept everything nice and clean. We look forward to seeing what the renovations bring because in our opinion the property is already lovely.”

“Room was way too hot and ac didn't work to cool down after 1/2 hr. No answer at front desk for 20 min. Didn't answer phone either. Notified Expedia and they couldn't reach property manager either. Had to leave and book another room. Waste of time! Don't book a room here. Was surprised it was even listed on Expedia.”
