“I travel frequently for work and stay in many hotels! My genuine review: Very clean rooms, beds were actually comfortable, rooms are quiet! Staff was so-so, not bad, but not stellar. Location is amazing. Breakfast is literally top 3 for me the past few years in terms of hotels, legit was a solid perk on top of the amazing rooms. I travel to Chicago area often, and this is 99% my go to stay!”

“We stayed for 3 nights. The amenities shown on the website are not available. There was no room cleaning service available. This wouldn't have been a big deal if they had even just knocked on our door and offered us fresh towels or to collect our trash daily. We had to request fresh towels at the front desk everyday. We had to collect our own trash and set it outside our room. The toilet was dirty when we checked in. The toilet seat broke away from the toilet bowl the morning before checkout. It...

“We had a wonderful ladies weekend! The house was immaculate and they left sparkling water and chocolates. We loved the hot tub and huge comfy couches. I did not realize there was a common area that could also be used by the other rental area, but it wasn’t an issue at all, and our side was easily locked. The tea/coffee bar was well stocked and a hit! Would certain stay here again!”
