“The water park should be open earlier”

“Our room was a handicapped room which we didn't ask for. The shower was horrible. Otherwise we liked everything else. The breakfast rocked. Very clean and lots to choose from. Staff were all very nice and helpful”

“Great location, beautiful views over the frozen lake. We enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely love to come back for a summer experience.We stayed for three weeks and did miss a few things that would have made our stay even better. We love to homecook and we did miss a cooker hood and opening the window during an arctic blast wasn't the best option, also the pans weren't the greatest.
